Step 3: Measure Your Space
Measure your space’s dimensions and highlight any features that could impact the layout, such as doors, windows, or built-ins. This helps us visualize your design and provide an accurate estimate. Professional measurements will be taken before ordering.

Step 4: Visit One of Our Showroom
Meet with our expert designers at Rockford, Aurora or St. Charles, Illinois to bring your vision to life. Walk-ins are welcome, but scheduling an appointment ensures dedicated time for you.
Step 5: Make Selections With Expert Guidance
Collaborate with your designer to select cabinetry, appliances, and finishes that reflect your style and suit your space. Since cabinet layout depends on appliance dimensions, share those details early or be prepared to select appliances that fit the finalized space.
Step 6: Approve Final Plan
Review and confirm your cabinetry, appliances, and finishes with your designer and place your order. A deposit is required at this time.
Prepare For Delivery & Installation
Step 7: We’ll Take Final Measurements
We’ll professionally measure your space to confirm your design before placing the order. Countertops are measured after cabinetry is installed.
Step 8: Prepare Your Cabinets for Removal
Clear out your existing cabinetry before installation. Don’t remove any cabinets until your new ones have been delivered.
Step 9: We’ll Notify You When Your Order Arrives
We’ll let you know as soon as your cabinets are ready. You can pick them up or schedule delivery and installation. Final payment is due upon delivery.

Step 10: Install Cabinets and Prepare for Countertops
Once your cabinets are delivered, they can be installed by your contractor or our team. After installation, we’ll return to take final countertop measurements. Be sure your sink, model information, templates, and any specialty fixtures are on-site to ensure a precise fit.
Step 11: Install Your Countertops
Your countertops will be delivered and installed based on the product’s lead time. Whether installed by your contractor or ours, your designer can recommend temporary sink or counter solutions if needed during the wait.
Step 12: Celebrate and Share Your New Space
Enjoy your completed remodel! Share your finished space with friends and family, and don’t forget to tag us if you post on social media. Your feedback means a lot to us.
