Below is a brief description of the process involved when ordering a kitchen:
1. Assess your wants and needs. View the Kemper Planning Guide to help explore your options.
2. Measure your kitchen to indicate the general space and obstacles involved.
3. Make a list of preliminary ideas and selections keeping in mind appropriate lead times.
4. Make an appointment with an Andco designer.
5. Choose appliances appropriate for the space allowed.
6. Sign off on final selections to approve the order. (A deposit or financing is required.)
7. Your designer will take in-home measurements if needed to place the order.
8. Prepare the contents of your kitchen cabinets for removal. (Note: Do not remove cabinets until they are delivered.)
9. Andco will notify you when your cabinets are received. You can either pick them up or schedule a delivery and/or installation at this time. (Final payment is due when cabinets are delivered.)
10. Remove and install cabinets. (Any specialty sinks, faucets, or appliances should be available at this time.)
11. Call for measurement of countertop. (Sink model information is needed at this time, and special sinks or sink templates should be on site when countertop measurements are taken.)
12. Your countertop will be delivered and installed according to the product's lead time.
