A: In most cases, it is more cost effective just to replace the cabinets since refacing is very labor intensive. However, if you love everything about your kitchen except the color and the cabinet interior, doors, drawers, and glides are in good shape then refacing may be a viable solution.

Q: What is the lead-time on your cabinets?
A: Generally stock cabinets take 2 – 3 weeks, semi-custom cabinetry take 3 – 6 weeks, and custom cabinetry take 5 – 8 weeks.

Q: What about lead-times for countertops?
A: Laminate countertops can take 3 days to 4 weeks depending on product availability, type, and color. Solid Surface, quartz, and granite tops generally take 2 to 3 weeks after cabinet installation.

Q: Do you provide installation services?
A: Yes. We can do both bath remodels and full kitchen makeovers.

Q: How long does installation take?
A: Removal and installation can be done in as little as one day, or it may take up to 4 weeks or more with measured countertops and depending on changes done to the room.

Q: Do I need an appointment?
A: An appointment is not necessary but may ensure quicker service. Although, if you want to meet with a specific salesperson, then an appointment would be best since they are occasionally out of the office for measuring, etc.

Q: What are my payment options and requirements?
A: We require a 50% down payment to order with the balance due on cabinet delivery.
You can pay by cash, check, credit card, or through your mortgage. We also offer select financing programs.

Q: Do you sell kitchen and bathroom fixtures such as sinks, toilets, tub or showers, faucets, and such?
A: We can provide kitchen sinks with select countertops, but ordinarily no. Nonetheless, our installers might be able to provide such materials.
